Solving the Simulation Gap

Why Outsource Simulation

Outsourcing simulation gives you experienced leadership without adding permanent staff or increasing workload. Faculty stay focused on teaching and clinical priorities instead of trying to build and manage simulation on top of already full roles.

You gain structure from the start. Simulation is built with clear processes, defined workflows, and proven tools. Programs align with accreditation expectations instead of being developed through trial and error.

Outsourcing delivers consistency. Simulation runs the same way every time across courses, units, and departments. Sessions are easier to manage. Evaluation becomes clear and repeatable. Programs remain sustainable as they grow.

You save time and reduce stress. Growth, new spaces, and accreditation preparation move forward with confidence. Outsourcing simulation creates clarity, stability, and a program designed to work long term.

Meet Cindy, Your Guide to Simulation Success

You want a simulation program that feels clear, organized, and practical—one that supports learning and readiness and fits smoothly into daily practice.

I bring more than 17,000 hours of experience from world renown organizations such as Johns Hopkins University, and AdventHealth designing and building simulation programs for universities, hospitals, and health systems.

My work weaves simulation into everyday education and operations as it supports learning, clinical practice, and accreditation requirements.

Alignment guides everything I do. Simulation connects to curriculum, education reflects real clinical work, and programs are built with accreditation in mind. Whether your focus is AACN Essentials, onboarding and competency validation, or system-wide readiness, I help simplify complex environments.

Clients choose to work with me because I bring deep, hands-on experience in building and leading simulation programs within universities and healthcare organizations. I have opened and scaled simulation programs from the ground up, guided teams through growth and change, and ensured programs remain structured, consistent, and aligned with accreditation expectations.

My work focuses on creating systems that function smoothly day to day while supporting long-term sustainability. Organizations choose me to build simulation that is done right and built to last.

Education & Credentials

My education and certifications reflect a dual focus on simulation design and operational excellence.

Dual Certified in Simulation Education and Operations

One of only 122 professionals worldwide holding both the Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) credentials. This combined expertise supports simulation centers and programs that are educationally sound, operationally realistic, and aligned with accreditation standards.

My Experience

I've had the privilege of leading the development and launch of numerous simulation centers, building each program from the ground up. My focus has always been on guiding teams through growth and change while ensuring every program remains structured, consistent, and aligned with accreditation expectations.
